Princess Conditions

Please read our Princess conditions carefully before making a booking.

We require 50% of party payment when submitting your booking form. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of the party.

Failure to make a payment (50%) within this time can result in cancellation of booking without further notice by Dream a Princess.

A cancellation fee applies (50% of the fee) if within one week of the party date. Full fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the party.

(Don’t forget to consider a wet weather option as a back-up on the day. The same cancellation fees do apply!)

Please note: The Glitter and Diamond package prices are a flat rate for a maximum of 20 children (inclusive of GST and one birthday child).

Additional children over 20 incur a $5 per head fee.

An additional birthday child incurs a $10 per head fee.

Princess Parties that are larger than 25 children will require an additional Princess character of choice. An extra fee will apply for the second entertainer. The $5 per head will still apply.

Our Princess wish package is only available during weekdays.

Please note: This package price is a flat rate for a maximum of three children (inclusive of GST and one birthday child).

In the event that the performer does not attend the party, Dream a Princess agrees to refund half the party payment to the client. (Dream a Princess will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of a non-performance or inadequate performance by a performer at a client’s party.

The client acknowledges that they hold adequate public liability insurance to cover any personal injury that might be suffered by the performer and all invitees at the party.

Dream a Princess are based in Fitzroy. Princess parties we visit which are further than 30kms from Fitzroy area incur a travel fee.
